Our Team

While Tom and one other skilled landscaper are the full-time backbone of the business, we also have a wider circle of trusted and reliable specialists who join us as and when projects require. Together, we’re a flexible, capable team, able to take on everything from routine garden maintenance to large-scale landscaping transformations – without compromising consistency or quality.

This means you get the best of both worlds: the personal service and accountability that comes from a small, dedicated team, backed up by the strength of a broader network to deliver ambitious projects efficiently.

Why Choose Us?

  • Over two decades of hands-on horticultural and landscaping expertise.

  • A proven track record since 2017 serving homeowners across Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.

  • A team built on trust, consistency, and attention to detail.

  • Fully qualified and genuine knowledge.

At TLR Landscaping and Garden Maintenance, we’re not here to just “get the job done.” We’re here to create gardens and outdoor spaces that truly last – spaces you can enjoy for years to come.
